How did you acquire the versions of libsword.so that you have?

What operating system are you running on?

How did you acquire the versions of libicu* that you have?

Your first email mentioned Mono. I'm unaware of any Mono/.NET support
for Sword in general.

It looks like the libsword.so you have was built on an older system,
and you either ported the libsword.so file from that machine to your
new system without re-compiling it, or you upgraded your libicu* files
since building libsword.so and the ICU upgrade included a SO name
bump. But I can't make any really intelligent suggestions or
recommendations without knowing your OS, the history of your box,
where your files came from, etc.
