Thanks for this Richard. I have been wondering about where things are with the wider distribution of BBC World here in the States. There was a big announcement 18 months ago or so that they had signed with a few cable companies, but they certainly haven't been added to DirecTV or any of the other satellite or Cable providers. It's odd that the USA is one of the few places in the world where BBC World isn't broadly available.
