Unid help needed! Recorded at 826m AKDT/1626utc on Tuesday April 26, 2016 using a Tecsun pl880 and 80 foot long wire.
Only two things are listed in this frequency at this time, CRI and Myanmar Radio. I hear two things, one station presumably playing music and the other in some down language doing a news report/discussion. Audio here: https://youtu.be/26dA-FTIv_4
