Zee macro doesn't seem to be working right now?  It's just showing up
as text ([[Tags..]]) right now.

A quick suggestion would be to have it be [[Tags(Tag1, tag2, tag3,
tag4)]] without quotes around the items -- split on ','.  This means
it's slightly faster to edit and add a new tags because you don't have
to type "" each time.  You could have it /also/ allow [[Tags(tag1,
"tag2 that has, a , comma", tags 3)]] because quotes aren't allowed in
pagesnames.
