I was thinking about stealing Rob's new drop-down list code for the
'click on' action for the tags cloud by itself.

I think we should have a 'Map' page (and map tab) with a cloud and a
map (goggle map for now) that brings up the relevant 'pins' when a tag
is clicked on entries.

I have some tweaking to do (and getting DB access working), and I'm
going to keep track of suggestions/bugs/fixes/etc on that Tags
Discussion page on my dev wiki.
