First, I'm sorry that we had to cancel this week's meeting. I wasn't
personally able to let people know, because I was ill at home and I don't
have email at home. But I hope that everyone found out in time, and that no
one was inconvenienced. And we'll reschedule that topic, with Anne Newstead
presenting, for the meeting after next. I'm definitely looking forward to that.
As I am to the next meeting, too. It will be on chapter 1 of Ernest Sosa's
now-published Locke Lectures. And we are very fortunate to have John Sutton
from Macquarie University leading this discussion. That will be terrific.
The topic is dreams.
The meeting will be in the usual room in the usual building in the usual
university. Wednesday, 19 September, 6-8 p.m.
So, if you would like to attend, let either me or Brent Madison know.
(Brent is at [EMAIL PROTECTED]) Then we'll send you the files. (Yes,
files -- many of them. But don't be concerned. I had to scan each pair of
pages from Sosa's chapter into a separate file. So there are only about 20
or so pages to read. Each file is no more than two pages of reading! The
inconvenience of opening and printing each page or two separately is small,
I hope. And one of these days, when I get better adobe/pdf software, ....)
