The next meeting for the UNSW epistemology reading group will take place on
Wednesday 17 October, at 6-8 p.m. Kieran Owens will lead the discussion.
The topic will be a paper by Richard Fumerton on testimony, from the 2006
OUP book on the epistemology of testimony, edited by Jennifer Lackey and
Ernest Sosa. If you wish to reflect upon whether or not testimony is a
fundamentally distinctive way of gaining knowledge and justification, do
come along to the meeting. It should be fun and informative. (But why take
my word for this?)
The meeting will be in room G55 of the Morven Brown building at UNSW (near
gate 8 on High Street). All welcome.
Contact either me or, preferably, Brent Madison ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for
the paper's file.
Regards,
Stephen
