Philo Agora's first talk for the year will be Tuesday 5 February

Starting us this year, as last year, will be Dorothy Rowe, who will talk on her latest book "My Dearest Enemy, My Dangerous Friend: The Nature of Sibling Relationships."

Dorothy Rowe is a psychologist and writer. She shows how we each live in a world of meaning that we have created. She applies this understanding to important aspects of our lives, such as emotional distress, happiness, growing old, religious belief, politics, money, friends and enemies, extroverts and introverts, and in this case, parents, children and siblings. She has written many books over the years, including Beyond Fear, Friends and Enemies, Dorothy Rowe's Guide to Life, The Real Meaning of Money, Time on our Side, Courage to Live, Successful Self, and Choosing Not Losing.

Dorothy's talk will be at Gleebooks , 49 Glebe Point Road at 6.30 for 7 next Tuesday , 5th. February , Ring Gleebooks on 9660 2333 to confirm a place

The following Tuesday week, February 19 , Philo Agora will resume at the Fair Trade Cafe, 33 Glebe Point Road , with a talk and discussion every second Tuesday until the end of the year
