(Apologies for cross posting) The Centre for Citizenship and Public Policy at the University of Western Sydney announces a new *four year PhD program* in Political and Social Thought that includes a compulsory first year of advanced graduate coursework followed by a supervised research thesis. Scholarships of up to four years are available to domestic and international students. Applications for a place in the initial 2010 intake are due to the Centre by mid October.
