Conference Overview

One of the fundamental aims of the AAPAE is to create a forum for
representatives of the professions to meet and discuss ethical issues
pertinent to their practice. It is about applied and professional
ethics and this is the core theme of the conference.

To facilitate achieving this objective, professional and academic
streams have been organised for the presentation of papers at the
conference, including but not restricted to, the following themes:

Bioethics,
Moral Philosophy,
Political Philosophy,
Public Policy,
Media Ethics,
Police Ethics, and
Business Ethics

There is an opportunity to add to these topics if a number of papers
are submitted exploring issues pertinent to a profession or theme
[please contact the conference convenor for details].

We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
