ABOUT THE ROLE The School of Philosophy and Theology seeks a philosopher who possesses expertise in a fundamental aspect of the Catholic Intellectual Tradition. The role is situated on the Fremantle and will report to the National Head of School. Key Responsibilities * Act as a course coordinator. * Consult with students, mark assessments, and deliver unit and tutorial material. * Prepare and deliver lectures and seminars. * Attend department meetings and actively participate. ABOUT YOU * Hold a PhD in Philosophy in the Catholic Tradition. * Proficient in the coordination of core curriculum courses * Ability to teach courses in Philosophy, including the History of Philosophy at undergraduate and postgraduate level. * Experienced in teaching Ancient Philosophy/Thomas Aquinas/Thomism and/or Personalism (desirable) * Experience in Tertiary education setting. * Supportive of the Objects of Notre Dame as a Catholic University.
