University of Waikato, Hamilton, Aotearoa New Zealand (hybrid)
Sunday 5 – Thursday 9 July 2026

The conference commences on Sunday late afternoon with the Presidential
Address by John Sutton (University of Stirling) and closes with the
conference dinner on Thursday evening. Opportunities to engage with Māori
culture and explore the Waikato region will be provided, including a
Maungatautari <https://www.sanctuarymountain.co.nz> visit on 10 July,
coinciding with Matariki <https://www.matariki.com/about>. This year's
conference is offered fully hybrid, with all sessions streamed.
