In latest trunk, my pages are scrambled when the fillin filter gets activated. Pages start with something like: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/REC-xhtml1-200000126/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"; > <html><body> <p> </p> xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"; xml:lang="en" lang="en"> The problem only occurs with layout.php in UTF-8, if I convert it to ANSI everything goes well.
