With follow symlinks disabled I think that sfMinifyPlugin wouldn't be
reachable so lets say it is enabled.
I mentioned here about that symlink because symfony plugin instalator
made that symlink automatically but It looks like the code in
sfMinifyPlugin.php is not properly adjusted.
