Sorry to be a pain, what is that in UTC/GMT? In the states we don't
acknowledge DST after this past weekend and I'm not sure how its handled
in Europe. Is CEST +0100 or +0200 GMT?

Obviously for this week its a bit short notice and we will see how things will
play out. This is just a proposal and I welcome any input to improve the
process even before the meeting. I have also already added the actual process
as another point for discussion. If we talk about this topic is up to everybody
voting ..
