After diving deeper and I found the class who is responsible for
finding the matched tags and register the listeners after service is
built: RegisterKernelListenersPass::process()
But I wonder, why the listener of web profiler debug toolbar doesn't
exist in the appDevDebugProjectContainer::getEventDispatcherService(),
but I can find the assetic listener there:
$instance->addListenerService('onCoreRequest',
'assetic.request_listener', 0);
Why and how another behavior?
