I was wondering the same thing, whether or not an IRC meeting was
going to take place.  Quite the testament to Github issues + PRs, IMO.

As you already mentioned, there are a couple of issues that don't
quite have a consensus on a solution, but they typically get resolved
after a PR+discussion or two :)
