I would add two possible things. I hate to "ask" for things, but this is the one small area in the Symfony world that we as a community can only ask - hopefully we can be constructive :)
1) The code blocks have a "pre" with a bottom margin (which it shouldn't have) and the actual outer layer of the block has no bottom margin. The result is extra "black" space at the bottom of the code blocks and then no space between the code block and the next paragraph: http://symfony.com/doc/current/book/forms.html#handling-form-submissions 2) I think we might consider some sort of radio button on the download page - something that still makes it easy to download "with vendors", but much more obvious that people should be downloading "without vendors". I had a conversation with someone yesterday who was befuddled by the upgrade from Beta1 to Beta2. They had followed directions well, but since they had downloaded "with vendors", running php bin/vendors.php crapped out with git errors (since the vendors aren't git repos). Thanks!
