Seems like Symfony iteslf is using Symfony\Component\Config\ConfigCache
class internally for some caching even not related to config (here<https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Bundle/FrameworkBundle/Translation/Translator.php>for example). Is it planned to create a separate Caching component? Or will this be final solution?
