There is not addNormalizer method in the Serializer. The normalizers are
passed through the constructor:
https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/src/Symfony/Component/Serializer/Serializer.php
This methods used to exist in an early version of the component but it
has been removed long ago.
