Thomas, While you're at it, you might also want to consider a decomposition of the Sonata Core into several decoupled bundles, with the core being the glue:
1. pagination bundle 2. search/filter bundle 3. crud bundle 4. etc... I'd wager one could come up with a good 7-8 decoupled, cohesive bundles just out of your core alone.
