Oh this wasnt pointed at you, but in general many core devs seem to have 
trouble to work on the finishing touches on their PR's so they are simply not 
ready to be merged. Of course feedback loops have also gotten a bit longer but 
as we are now stable obviously the focus for many of us isnt "just" core 
anymore, but also various Bundles and other infrastructure. So maybe we need to 
start encouraging other devs to send PR's to the authors of big PR's to offload 
them a bit so that things don't stall for this long.
