Hinclude is cool. And another thought why it is cool is that it only requires 1 script to be loaded. It's still a question for me on how to include general frameworks in a project since there should be only one place where the 4 ex. jquery.js is served from and where it is stored. Not in any bundle that uses it. However it also maybe useful to use dependecy system here as well (It's vendors, isn't it?). Fetching jquery or hinclude or anything else from main repo and freezing on some version is what I think is the best way. But this might need some compiling involved (merging different files together and minimizing it - the work that is done by Assetic).
