[symfony-users] sfGuardPlugin => fixtures for default groups / permissions

Hi, I've written a fixtures.yml in order to import default sfGuardGroup, sfGuardPermission and sfGuardGroupPermission. When I run symfony propel-load-data, my datas are well imported, but the fixtures.yml of sfGuardPlugin only the part I don't touch (sfGuardUser).
