Good Idea ;) I use our own little intranet (used by the agency for web & print) powered by Symfony (developped by myself !) and I'm the only one web developper :(
This intranet doesn't manage a lot of things : clients, their projects and contacts, it doesn't manage team and task, it is on the roadmap since a while... But it manage automaticaly a file server and create automaticaly client & project directories and subdirectories (like ressources, creation, conception, ...) according to project type (internet, packaging, edition, visual identity, etc.) and manage archive backup (there is also incremental security backup). On n'est jamais si bien servi que par soit-même !
