Uugh :) Integrating an ecommerce site solution into a framework would 
be fairly horrid; if it were to be done Magento is likely to be a 
better basis (the new one built on Zend Framework - 
http://www.magentocommerce.com/).

The main missing feature any of these have is an API to allow access 
from e.g. Flash, or to build a custom admin area which adds products 
to the catalogue for example. I know this is what a custom solution 
fulfills, but I'm sick of writing similar stuff time and time again 
(and never getting it factored out properly ;))
