Nice blog you got there! One thing I'd change is to deactivate comment moderation and use the "Register Plus" plugin's captcha function. Akismet really does a great job in identifying the spam comments that pass through the captcha check, resulting in about 0.1% false positives of all spam comments that reached my own blog during the last year. Once comment moderation is disabled the feedback to your blog runs much faster and allows for discussions if they suddenly come up.
