You're really going to have to provide a lot more information to get
useful help. Specifically info regarding your sites configuration in
apache (or whatever you're using), and info on the full paths you're
trying to access.

Without more info, I can only speculate that it's one of four things:

1. You're site is not configured properly in apache.
2. You are not referencing the correct path in your symfony project.
3. Your file permissions on your site folder are not set correctly.
4. It's an SELinux issue.
