Hi guys,

I have a few questions :

1 - Is sfOptimiser usable for sf 1.2
2 - Is sfOptimiser really usefull if an Opcode optimiser is used ?

Details :

There is a paragraph about it in the book "The definitive guide to
symfony " for sf 1.2. but in the plugin's page, it seems the plugin
isn't supposed to work on sf 1.2.
http://www.symfony-project.org/book/1_2/18-Performance

Also, according to the plugin's presentation page :
http://www.symfony-project.org/plugins/sfOptimizerPlugin

It seems that all the optimisation supposed to be done by the plugin,
are already done by PHP Op code optimisers.
So where is the performance benefices about using it ?
