I've been using Mysql Workbench with great success when using Propel. I recently switched to Doctrine and run into some issues with my work flow. The relations in the schema file after converting from a DB is not exactly what Doctrine likes. I have not tried the yml plugin for Mysql Workbench yet, but I am looking for the best way to tight these 2 together.
