Since upgrading from 1.2.8 to 1.4.1, I've noticed a significant dip in overall execution time in the dev environment, which makes the task of developing slower - as I wait that extra second or so for pages to load.
while i appreciate that the new debug toolbar is giving me even more useful info like the View pane, this extra logging is slowing down my development productivity, which is frustrating.
