I tried doing this thrid step... editing svn:externals property something like this: svn propedit svn-externals lib/vendor >> symfony http://svn.symfony-project.com/tags/RELEASE_1_3_1 But everytime I update and look at symfony's version it says it's version 1.2.11!!
And then I can't follow the next steps because it says Task "project:upgrade1.3" is not defined. ANY CLUE on this???
