Problem solved! The answer was: Windows is helpless!... I just created all the environment at Kubuntu and the things worked all fine. After all, I realized that to make it run on Windows it was needed to copy the plugin /web directory to my project /web directory and rename it to plugin name. Now its easy to flash a message :)
