I took the code at:

applied the 2 space rule patch mentioned there.
Than I examined qubit-tool...@googlecode and added rest of sniffs they
indicated in their sfAudit plugin.

Right now docs are not complete yet.

How to install the Standard for CodeSniffer use would be:

A question at some point should we not have this handled like plugins
in that it should have a more popular link area
so that Symfony user know where to find it and so that community
feedback is continued??
