During my configuration check I get the following:

  OK        php.ini has session.auto_start set to off
  OK        PHP version is not 5.2.9

1. Where can I get the php_posix extension - it is not on my system in
extension folder, and how do I fix the PDO driver message?
2. How do I use the symfony command line on windows ?
