I have two tables: Qualification and Eligibility Category.
I want to do it as Cookbook where 'Europe' and 'America' are on the
table Qualification Category. 'France' => 'France', 'Spain' =>
'Spain', 'Italy' => 'Italy' are on the table qualification.
Can anyone help me?
