I used

  public static $yes_no_types = array(
    '0' => 'nie',
    '1' => 'tak',
  );

  public static function getYesNo()
  {
    return self::$yes_no_types;
  }

and it did not work as expected, but it works now. I guess it was
clear cache problem in my case.
