Since you are using PR9 probably want to update the "/.*" to "^/.*" (see the PR8->PR9 section at https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/master/UPDATE.md ) though technically in this case the patterns should still match so I doubt this has anything to do with the problem.
Other than that I don't see anything wrong with this config.
