It sounds like you have an entity without a primary/foreign key defined for it. If you're certain that your entities have the correct annotations, make sure any database tables match them. Every entity must have a primary/foreign key or it won't work with Doctrine. It's kind of annoying since not every entity needs a primary key. Try adding a primary key to all of you entities and see if the problem goes away.
