I finally found a combination of vendor commits that works for me. This is my bin/2.0.0BETA1.deps file (you can use it with bin/vendors.php from BETA2)

The doctrine-commons, doctrine-mongodb and DoctrineMongoDBBundle I simply chose by try an error from dates around the 10th of may, since I remembered my last working vendor checkout was from around that time. IMO since at least 3 extra bundles are needed to run MongoDB in Symfony, which are not included to the Standard Edition, it would be useful to have a own distribution for MongoDB or at least some version controlled vendor list which tells which combination of symfony and doctrine modules of which version actually work together, since DoctrineMongoDBBundle still only works with Symfony BETA1.
