New issue 1261 by pearu.peterson: incorrect exponentiation with
non-commutative symbols
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1261

Note that

>>> x=Symbol('x', commutative=False)
>>> y=Symbol('y', commutative=False)
>>> (x*y/x)**2
x**2*y**2/x**2

but the result should be

>>> (x*y/x)*(x*y/x)
x*y**2/x

This is related to the bug:

>>> (x*y)**2
x**2*y**2

which, by definition, should evaluate to

>>> (x*y)*(x*y)
x*y*x*y

or return unevaluated (x*y)**2.
