After commit 2573c851af78b0e52f9951f791e664b540de4bfe it gives:

In [1]: integrate(sin(x)*f(x),(x,y,z))
Out[1]:
d                               d
──(f(z))⋅sin(z) + cos(y)⋅f(y) - ──(f(y))⋅sin(y) - cos(z)⋅f(z)
dz                              dy
