Seen all difficulties to get this to work under python2.4, I think we
should just
skip testing the rst in Python2.4. After all, very few developers use 2.4
and support
for 2.4 is about to be removed (i.e. support testing the rst docs in 2.4 is
not worth
the effort I'm doing).
If this is ok, I'll prepare a patch that should be quite trivial (skip 2.4
and just
call doctest.testfile() for other versions)
