I'm not sure...I went back to the old version that was in the runtests and
took out
the sys.path modifying behavior or test and doctest (in bin) and then used
full paths
for everything in runtests. Can someone test this again? e.g.
'bin/test quality' should run the code quality checks
'bin/doctest logic' should test docstrings in the 9 things that
have 'logic' in their
path.
All changes appear as 1 commit in runtest_2 at smichr's github
