Thanks for looking at this!

The doctests for Basic.doit currently contains the following example:

     >>> (2*Integral(x, x)).doit()
     x**2

     >>> (2*Integral(x, x)).doit(deep = False)
     2*Integral(x, x)

I could add more I suppose, but I fear it might clutter the documentation.  
Or is that
not what you had in mind?

As you suggested I've just pushed a change where the commented out tests  
are marked
as XFAIL.
