Do you mean interactive code that you have on your computer? It would probably help anyway if you could upload it to a branch on github. What are the parts that are not automatic? Do we need better pattern matching, or does the algorithm need working on, or what? Your notes mention the need for simplified factoring routines. Will Mateusz's new Polynomials module in issue 1598 do better for this?
