Updates:
        Summary: fix html documentation

Comment #9 on issue 1215 by Vinzent.Steinberg: fix html documentation
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1215

While looking at the docs I found several issues:

The ODE doc formatting is broken. ('== Usage ==' nor rendered properly for
instance,
I think you need to use '** Usage **', '>> pprint(dsolve(Eq(x*f(x).diff(x)
+ f(x),
log(x)*f(x)**2), ... f(x), hint=’Bernoulli’))' example not formatted, TOC
lines
overlapping...)

There are many modules listed, so I think comment 1 is no longer justified,
same for
the title of this issue.

The mpmath documentation is very outdated, even more outdated than the
mpmath version
shipped with sympy.

Aaron, if you want to see some examples with much math etc. look at the
mpmath trunk
documentation. This way, you can skip all the "trickery and time". :)
