Many functions have 'raise ArgumentIndexError(self, argindex)' in their
fdiff method to signal that the argument is invalid, but ArgumentIndexError
is defined nowhere. Where did it come from?

This results in invalid calls to fdiff raising a NameError instead of the
intended exception - so it's not a big deal.
