Maybe this betrays my misunderstanding of the new assumptions system, but  
can't you implement it there.  i.e.,
we need to implement relational logic there anyway (see issue 398 and issue  
1047).  From what I know (which
could be totally wrong), you implement basic facts and then the  
satisfiability code try to determine the logic
behind it (if it is always true, never true, etc.).  Or am I completely  
wrong?
