I think so...but I'm biased. There's a much cleaner output now, and the "if  
not funcs
line works" here...it's in the doctest portion of the code...are you  
judging it based
on the output of tests? Also note that if there are tests that were run  
then there
will be output. Only if there aren't tests will there not be a file name  
output.
Right now I only have 76 *py files tested and 16 *txt files that show up as  
having tests.

The power went out here just before I did an updating push...I can't  
remember what
was pending at that time, but I just pushed a version that should be  
working. Please
review again.
